1. What is LuluCases’ return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 61 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging. Please note that returns are only accepted to our warehouse in Georgia.

3. Is there a restocking fee for returns?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
4. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our address in Georgia.
5. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll issue your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please email us at hello@lulucases.com with a photo of the damaged item. We’ll help right away with a replacement or refund, including return shipping if necessary.
8. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping worldwide.

13. What happens if my package is returned or undeliverable?
If the shipping address was incorrect or the package was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
